1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing CongressTrading.app ("The Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Scope of Service
We provide transparency tools for educational purposes. Data sources include:
- Congressional Data: Public STOCK Act disclosures.
- Market Data: End-of-Day prices via Tiingo.
We do NOT provide real-time tick data for day trading. All data should be verified independently.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Sharing accounts is prohibited and may result in termination.
4. Subscriptions & Refunds
No Refunds: As this is a digital information product, all sales are final. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape or bulk-download our data without an API license.
- Use the service for illegal insider trading.
- Resell our data or charts.
6. Limitation of Liability
CongressTrading.app and its owners shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred from using this data. You trade at your own risk.
